Do I need to bring my own clients?
Yes. PawDash isn't a marketplace and we don't sell leads — it's the booking, scheduling, and payment toolkit that turns the clients you already have into a smooth, professional business. You share your page; they book themselves.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments run through Stripe and go straight to your own bank account. You connect your bank once at signup, then payouts follow Stripe's normal schedule — typically a couple of business days after each booking. Tips and add-ons are included.
What does it actually cost?
Getting started is free — $0/month. You only pay a small per-booking fee when you actually earn: 9% on Free, dropping to 6% on Starter and 4% on Pro. On top of that, Stripe charges their standard 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee on every transaction — that's Stripe's fee, not ours, and it applies to every payment platform that uses Stripe. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Everything is month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you like. Your clients are yours — you can take them with you.
